Requirements
for All Services
1 / Consultation and Fee
All services begin with a required consultation. A non-refundable $75 consultation fee must be paid prior to receiving your consultation form, which will be emailed automatically after payment. This step ensures your request is reviewed and properly aligned before booking.
2 / Deposit and Contract
A signed contract and service deposit are required to confirm your booking. Deposits differ by service and are required to officially reserve your date and begin the project.
3 / Payments
Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline outlined in your contract. Late or missed payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
4 / Communication
All updates and coordination will occur through approved contact methods. Clients are expected to maintain timely and professional communication throughout the process.
5 / Cancellations and Conduct
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated when possible. Mutual professionalism and respect ensure a successful collaboration.
